If you’re tired of the same simple preparations or needing new ideas for how to incorporate your fresh garden harvest, Spring market weekend haul, or Community Supported Agriculture shares, this virtual program is ideal for you!

Explore how to mix and match different flavor profiles with various cool-season spring produce. Gain insight into incorporating different herbs, spices and oils during dish preparations. Obtain three new recipes for a pea pesto, strawberry-and-avocado salad, and an asparagus tartine and confidently pair each recipe with both plant-based and a meat protein option.


Registrants who cannot attend the live interactive Zoom presentation and demo will be provided a video recording.
