DESCRIPTION:Saturday\, June 20 · 9:00 to 12:30 pm\nGraeser Family Education Center\n$45 | $36 WBG members \nTheme: Rooted & Relaxed in Awe \nWe will celebrate the light\, warmth\, and energy of the solstice sunlight and experience with awe the natural world during this traditional time of alignment with the earth and connecting with nature. This retreat guides you to a restorative and affirming shift in wellbeing as we explore mindfulness meditation practices with curiosity and kindness\, supported by the beautiful spaces at WBG\, incredible music\, tasty food and skillful teachers. Participants are silent during most of the retreat as Karen and her mindful musical colleagues Kimberly and Brian guide a variety of meditation forms\, including walking\, eating\, sitting\, and sound. The space created by silence allows you to experience mindfulness.
