View several different flowering orchid plant types. Potting mix\, pots\, mounting\, and a hands-on repotting demonstration will be covered. \nEach registrant may bring up to two personal orchids from home to re-pot during this workshop. DESCRIPTION:Wednesday\, Apr. 14 \n6:30-7:30pm \nGraeser Family Education Center \n$15\, $10 WBG members (use code WBGMEMBER at checkout to receive discount) \n  \nWaterfront Botanical Gardens kicks off the 2021 Wellness Program series with Tai Ji at the Gardens. \nAlso written as ‘tai chi’\, this low-impact\, slow-motion exercise is often described as “meditation in motion.”  Tai Ji is a Chinese martial art that helps reinforce flexibility\, balance\, and coordination in all parts of the body. From the climate-controlled comfort of inside the Graeser Family Education Center\, enjoy a sense of being outdoors in the Gardens with views out of the floor-to-ceiling windows. \n  \nInstructor: Yueling Zhang \n  \nWear comfortable\, loose clothing that will not restrict your range of motion. You may practice barefoot or in lightweight shoes with thin soles that allow you to feel the floor (running shoes are unsuitable). \n  \nSocial distancing and face masks are required during the Tai Ji sessions. \n  \nREGISTER HERE \n  \nRefund Policy \nAlthough we are unable to refund registration fees in the case of cancellation by the purchaser\, the paid registration can be transferred to another student.
