“The new Beargrass Creek Pathway and rock-lined waterfalls flowing beneath it at the Waterfront Botanical Gardens will connect a woodland glen, Louisville history, a curling brick walk, elegant bridges, an old garbage dump and the steering wheel and turn signal switch from a 1963 Volkswagen.
