Throughout the year, during two semesters of education programs, the Gardens offers lectures, hands-on workshops, demonstrations, and specialty learn-and-socialize events. Our adult offerings require advance registration and are open to both WBG members and the general public. The majority of in-person learning opportunities will take place at the Graeser Family Education Center, with occasional workshops and culinary demonstrations at our satellite facility at The Avish Estate.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, WBG utilizes a mix of in-person lectures as well as virtual presentations to best serve the varying needs of students. Following the Commonwealth of Kentucky guidelines, we limit our class sizes and require social distancing and the use of non-surgical face masks for all in-person programs we host.
