Cultivate Conversation: Chris Chandler of the Nature Conservancy

May 25, 2016 @ 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm
$10

Join us for the FIRST installment of our speakers series, Cultivate Conversation, kicking it off with Chris Chandler of the Nature Conservancy. Chris is the Director of Urban Conservation for the Nature Conservancy, where he works with partners to make our city more resilient to environmental challenges like a growing population and severe weather events, as well as engaging residents in neighborhoods across the city in hands-on tree stewardship to protect and expand our city’s tree canopy.

A young, self-taught conservationist, Chris will discuss “Innovation & Sustainability in Louisville,” offering an informed look into the strengths and challenges of our community, and what we can do to make a difference.

This event is sponsored by Butchertown Grocery/BSAPC. Butchertown Grocery will provide light appetizers, and there will be a cash bar. Echolalia will provide music before and after the discussion with Chris.

Tickets are $5 for Cultivators, $10 for non-members.
