Cultivate Conversation: Herb-Infused Wine with Carletta DeLonjay, Clinical Herbalist
Join the Cultivators for the second installment of the Cultivate Conversation series!
This installment will feature Clinical Herbalist, Carletta DeLonjay, bringing her knowledge of medicinal and beneficial uses of native herbs and weeds.
Carletta will lead the group in a discussion about the benefits of native herbs, and then demonstrate how to infuse water, or in this case wine, with the dried herbs.
She will have pre-infused wine on hand for tasting, but bringing your own bottle to infuse is HIGHLY encouraged!
Appetizers and light drink will be provided. This event is free to Waterfront Botanical Gardens members & Cultivators, and $10 for non-members.
