Use up those leftovers! This time of year your refrigerator and counters are scattered with little bits from previous meals. Come watch as Chef Nikkia and her culinary students cook and share ways to use what’s in the fridge, garden or pantry. Each student will get to try their creations, and take home recipes.
Menu: Ratatouille, Cornbread Salad, herb salts, and citrus sugars
