This program will explore mindfulness as a practice to help you live in the present so you can more fully enjoy your life. In the uncertainty of our times, mindfulness helps you find peace by being more aware of the surroundings. Discover how it may be used in everyday activities. Enjoy some self-care and be introduced to beginning a mindfulness practice.
Instructor: Nicole Bartlett founded the Louisville Salt Cave in 2015 after years of practicing meditation, yoga, and working in preventative health. Her daily meditation practice has driven the spiritual growth reflected in the mission behind the Cave. She received her Breathwork Certification in 2019 and Reiki Master Certification in 2021 and writes guided meditations for community spaces.
