After experimenting with scents like ginger, orange, and rosemary, each student will create a take-home kit full of essential oils to improve your day-to-day life and wellbeing.
Instructor: Quita Rose-Carrao, Masters in Counseling, Certified Depth Coach, Certified Aromatherapist and Reiki Master
“As a Counselor and Certified Depth Coach I use narrative therapy, art therapy, cognitive
behavioral therapy and Aromatherapy to help guide people to healing and wholeness. I am a
certified Aromatherapist and use essential oils and flower essences for emotional and physical well-being.
My journey in the study of flower and plant essences started over 30 years ago with Horst Rechelbacher
and the Aveda corporation. I traveled and taught top beauty industry owners how to use essential oils in
haircare and skincare before it became popular back in the 90’s. Today I continue my studies with the
Lorrie Hargis International School of Aromatherapy in France. I have broadened my knowledge to
incorporate the use of Bach Flower Essences and therapies for women and children who have experienced
stress, depression and trauma.”
** Due to the ongoing pandemic, this program requires all students (regardless of vaccination status) to social distance and wear a face mask. Hand sanitizer stations will be provided. These guidelines may change per local Covid restrictions or CDC recommendations.
