Cultivating and Cooking with Herbs

Touch, smell and taste your way through a selection of culinary herbs.
We will discuss starting from seeds and cuttings, pairing herbs with particular foods and discover the variations of annual and perennial herbs. You’ll learn what grows best in our locale and how to prepare the soil for success. We’ll prepare and sample a few dishes with fresh herbs and find out what methods work best for preservation of your homegrown herbs.
