Join the Waterfront Botanical Gardens for a tour of Lexington gardens led by award-winning landscape designer, Jon Carloftis.
This unique, completely personalized, day-long trip will feature several stunning homes and gardens in and around Lexington, including but not limited to: the horse farm of Mt. Brilliant, sophisticated urban venue – the Apiary, and the Botherum House – home of Jon Carloftis and Dale Fisher. Not only will guests experience Botherum through a personal tour with Jon and Dale, the two will even join the group on visits to other stops along the way!
Favorite local garden gurus, Bob Hill of Hidden Hill Nursery and Tavia Cathcart Brown of Creasey Mahan Nature Preserve, will also be accompanying the group for the day.
Southern Living’s ‘Best in the South’ pick, Dudley’s on Short, will be the group’s lunch destination. Hors d’oeuvres and a wine tasting at the Apiary will close out this one-of-a-kind affair.
WHEN: Wednesday, June 14, 2017 from 7:15am-6:30pm. Buses will leave at 7:30.
