Discover the secrets of great holiday and New Years’ drinks with seasonal botanicals to elevate your cocktails and mocktails for your guests. One of the easiest ways to create bespoke cocktails is through the infusion of spirits or syrups with botanicals. Many favorite winter flavors come from botanicals like cinnamon, honey, orange, cranberry, rosemary, ginger, peppermint, nuts, chocolate, and coffee! Learn easy infusion and syrup tricks to make gifts for friends and family, or use them at home to create your specialty craft cocktails. This course will include a few basic cocktail templates to use with these infusion techniques.
