Refund Policy

Although we are unable to refund registration fees in the case of cancellation by the purchaser, the paid registration can be transferred to another student. In this case, please notify Allison Whitehouse at awhitehouse@waterfrontgardens.org or 502-276-5404 with the name of who will attend in your place. Multi-event series cannot be transferred. If there is no reschedule, the purchaser will be issued a full refund. Refunds are issued by check only.

Emergency Cancellation
