Pilates Movement High and Low

You choose! This class is divided up into two harmonious sections. The first 30 minutes can be a warm-up for the Mat class or it can be a stand-alone class.
30 minutes *standing (or chair) We begin by exploring the importance of breath as an integral part of overall body functioning and progress into exercises that emphasize range of motion in all planes of movement.
30 minutes Introduction to Pilates Mat exercises. This class builds on the first 30 minutes as we move on to the floor and flow through a series of core exercises that can be practiced at home.
BYOM – bring your own mat!
Refund Policy
Although we are unable to refund registration fees in the case of cancellation by the purchaser, the paid registration can be transferred to another student. In this case, please notify Kat Rivers at krivers@waterfrontgardens.org or 502-276-5404 with the name of who will attend in your place. Multi-event series cannot be transferred. In the event that Waterfront Botanical Gardens cancels a class for any reason (e.g. low enrollment, instructor unavailability, natural hazard, etc.), we will attempt to reschedule the class or event. If there is no reschedule, the purchaser will be issued a full refund. Refunds are issued by check only.
Emergency Cancellation
In the event of an emergency cancellation, the Gardens will contact registered students with a cancellation notice (always provide/maintain a current email address and phone number so that we may notify you of an emergency or cancellation). The Gardens will attempt to reschedule classes cancelled due to an emergency event if possible.
