Settle Into Stillness returns to the Gardens for a second year, celebrating 15 years of leading Sound Journeys around the world.
Find sanctuary before the holiday season at Waterfront Botanical Gardens. Settle Into Stillness returns November 18 for an immersive Sound Journey designed for rest, reflection and reconnection.
Experience something new through a soundscape that may include handpan, didgeridoo, gongs, crystal singing bowls, voice, percussion, strings and more.
No yoga, meditation or Sound Journey experience is required.
All are welcome. No prior experience with yoga, meditation, or sound is necessary—Come as you are, get comfortable and listen. Please bring a mat or blanket to lay on.
