It’s the first day of spring!
As our landscape begins to bloom, so does our desire to enjoy food with friends and family. Join The Farmer and the Foodie as they welcome the first day of spring with a class meant to highlight Kentucky Farmlands’ harbingers of the new season. Enjoy food and conversation as Lindsey and Maggie share a few of their favorite springtime recipes such as Southern-inspired deviled eggs and skillet steak with peas and asparagus.
Registrants will receive an email with directions to the Avish and any other class details TWO DAYS prior to the program.
Refund Policy
Although we are unable to refund registration fees in the case of cancellation by the purchaser, the paid registration can be transferred to another student. In this case, please notify Allison Whitehouse at awhitehouse@waterfrontgardens.org or 502-276-5404 with the name of who will attend in your place. Multi-event series cannot be transferred. In the event that Waterfront Botanical Gardens cancels a class for any reason (e.g. low enrollment, instructor unavailability, natural hazard, etc.), we will attempt to reschedule the class or event. If there is no reschedule, the purchaser will be issued a full refund. Refunds are issued by check only. Beargrass Canoe Tours have a different policy with no refunds under any circumstance because of river and weather volatility.
Emergency Cancellation
In the event of an emergency cancellation, the Gardens will contact registered students with a cancellation notice (always provide/maintain a current email address and phone number so that we may notify you of an emergency or cancellation). The Gardens will attempt to reschedule classes cancelled due to an emergency event if possible.
