Learn how to create some tasty and easy plant-based holiday treats for friends and family this year!

Re-introduce a classic holiday favorite: hot cocoa with a new twist called Superfood Hot Choco-latte.

Local wellness blogger Helene Kusman will guide you through ideas, demonstrate, and share recipes for making stuffed dates with a variety of plant-based ingredients, including Chocolate Peanut Butter Pretzel Stuffed Dates and Caramel Cheesecake Stuffed Dates. These “no-bake” treats are created without refined sugar, gluten, dairy, or soy and are allergen-friendly, simple, and delicious!

You’ll add great flavor profile ideas to your festive holiday treat arsenal!

Registrants who cannot attend the live interactive ZOOM presentation and demo will be provided a video recording.
