$15 | $12 WBG members per each session
Chair yoga invites you to find mobility in a way that is soft and gentle but also still supportive and beneficial. Build strength and confidence by joining any one or all of the sessions! Hosted every Wednesday. This program is geared toward beginners, retirees, and those with limited flexibility.
BYOM – bring your own mat (and water)!
