Join yoga teacher and healthy foodie Helene Kusman for a morning of mindful living in the gardens. Begin your day with a guided meditation followed by a chat on inviting mindfulness into your day to day life. You’ll experience a sense of groundedness tuning into the peaceful surroundings while connecting within.

Hydrate and refresh after as Helene shows you how to make seasonally delicious smoothie bowls using fresh produce right from our gardens. You’ll leave feeling mentally and physically recharged, ready to start living more mindfully.

Meet our Chef: Helene is a recipe developer, yoga teacher and Reiki healer in Louisville, KY. She is focused on helping people feel their best both mentally and physically through feel-good eating, yoga and meditation.

Refund Policy
Although we are unable to refund registration fees in the case of cancellation by the purchaser, the paid registration can be transferred to another student. In this case, please notify Kat Rivers at krivers@waterfrontgardens.org or 502-276-5404 with the name of who will attend in your place. Multi-event series cannot be transferred. If there is no reschedule, the purchaser will be issued a full refund. Refunds are issued by check only.
Emergency Cancellation

In the event of an emergency cancellation, the Gardens will contact registered students with a cancellation notice (always provide/maintain a current email address and phone number so that we may notify you of an emergency or cancellation).
