Plein Air Painting at the Avish

Work en plein air at The Avish estate! Choose a scene to paint outdoors across its privately owned 23 acres of rolling lawns, woodlands and formal gardens. Enjoy the vistas and fresh air as you observe the landscape and practice your plein air painting in the changing light and temperatures of a late summer’s day. Free parking, refrigerator/microwave and restrooms available.
Artists should bring their own supplies, canvas(es), and easel.
After registering, you will receive a reminder email with further information TWO DAYS prior to the event.
Refund Policy
Although we are unable to refund registration fees in the case of cancellation by the purchaser, the paid registration can be transferred to another student. In this case, please notify Allison Whitehouse at AWHITEHOUSE@WATERFRONTGARDENS.
Emergency Cancellation
In the event of an emergency cancellation, the Gardens will contact registered students with a cancellation notice (always provide/maintain a current email address and phone number so that we may notify you of an emergency or cancellation). The Gardens will attempt to reschedule classes cancelled due to an emergency event if possible.
