Phase 3 | Conservatory
The final phase of our Master Plan will include the Japanese Gardens, Medicinal Meadow, and the garden’s Conservatory – what will surely become the crown jewel of the future gardens.
The gardens will feature a conservatory, enabling visitors to see plants that don’t typically grow in our climate. A spiral path slowly wraps around the edge of the structure, ending in a platform above the entrance that overlooks the garden meadow.
Imagine wandering among trees from the tropics, stopping to study an abundance of orchids while being surrounded by the scent of orange blossoms filling the air! Like all the structures on our site, the conservatory will use the latest in sustainable design techniques to meet the highest levels of sustainability.
The Conservatory will also be surrounded by a medicinal meadow, showing visitors the importance of plants in our food as well as our health.
Your financial support of the Waterfront Botanical Gardens project is critical at this early stage.
